Yes of course, Our drivers will take you to the safest money exchange spots that will offer good rates so your in safe hands, otherwise you can exchange money in Australia before you leave at any of the local money exchange businesses in your town or city.

We would recommend booking flights to Denpasar airport if you already have paid flights organized – this is the major airport in Bali. Our arrival location, Ubud which is 1 hour drive from the airport. Pooled airport transfers can be arranged from the airport or single travel, if you arrive earlier please notify us of your hotel location and we can put you in touch with our trusted Balinese drivers, this will be at your own cost if pick-up is not from the airport.

Most major airlines travel to Bali. Virgin Blue, Jet Star and Air Asia have some of the best direct travel times and availability from anywhere in Australia and some have the option to include your Travel Insurance as well. Please note that as of 4 weeks before the retreat start date, the entire retreat package becomes non-refundable. To ensure your peace of mind, we strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unforeseen circumstances such as injury or illness.

Furthermore, in the event of border closures or international travel restrictions imposed by COVID or any other government mandate, rest assured that we will reschedule the retreat to accommodate these circumstances or if you are sick with Covid or unwell due to a medical condition and a doctor’s certificate says you are not fit to travel we can reschedule to another date OR revise an alternative refund.
